It is always recommended to make an opening video of product, so that in case you received a wrong or defective item which is rare, you can make an easy return as you have a video proof of that item. You can request a refund or exchange for that item.
Once an item is delivered to you, you can return that item within 3 days of delivery. If 3 days have gone by since you received your product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the returned item must be unused with all original tag’s labels attached if any, and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging.
Shop Paradise will not issue refunds for product purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

For items that are manufactured by another party and resold by us, please do not send such item back to the manufacturer. Return Shipping charges will be paid by us. Just contact us at 9610284366 or [email protected], we will guide you how can you return the product to us.
3. Refunds & Exchanges
After we have received your valid return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is accepted by us, we will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of product for the item returned, or a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] Please allow at least 7-10 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you when your return will be processed by mail.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders that you submit online are processed immediately but you can cancel it within 24 hours of the order placed. After 24 hours of the order placed you cannot cancel it.
For damaged or defective products, you must have the opening video of a product as a proof of defect or damage so that we can proceed further to serve you better. If you do not have a video proof, then we will not be able to exchange your product or refund your amount. Because from our inventory, all products are double checked so that you can get your item hassle free. But in case you receive a wrong or defective item you must have a opening video.
